TARGET VECTOR FOR INTEGRATION IN SITE-SPECIFIC SITE, A SITE-SPECIFIC METHOD THAT INTEGRATS A PROTEIN OF INTEREST IN A GENUINE OF A EUCHARIOUS DIFFICULAR KNOCLETIC CELL OF AN IN VITRO CELL AND KIT FOR USE IN PRODUCING A PROTEIN IN A CELL. This invention provides a specific local integration system and methods for generating eukaryotic cell lines for protein production. The system provided includes a first target vector integrating the site-specific and a second donor vector integrating the specific site comprising the gene of interest. Also provided are mammalian cell line produced by the disclosed methods and systems, as well as kits that include the disclosed system.
