PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve not only disaster prevention broadcasting but also the accurate and early broadcasting of crime prevention information and tracking of criminals.;SOLUTION: This disaster prevention administrative radio system having a crime prevention function is provided with disaster prevention digital outdoor public address systems 103A, 103B and 103C for howling not only disaster prevention broadcasting but also a siren sound and a warning voice, when trespass information of a human being on a residence is received, and for turning a monitor camera 203 to the direction of the residence on which a human being has trespassed, and for adjusting a zoom, and for making the monitor camera store the photographed image; and a plurality of disaster prevention digital individual communications equipment 304A, 305A and 306A existing in a plurality of residences in a broadcasting range reachable by disaster prevention broadcasting from the disaster prevention digital outdoor public address systems for receiving the disaster prevention broadcasting from the disaster prevention digital outdoor public address systems, and for reproducing not only the disaster prevention broadcasting received, but also a siren sound and a warning voice, when detecting the trespassing by humans into the residence, and for transmitting the trespass information of a human being to the residence to the disaster prevention digital outdoor public address systems.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
