PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently process contemporary overflowing information by developing a quantum computer which has not an only a physical configuration but also provides a technique that provides ample quantum-bit quantum logic gates and decoherence time. PSOLUTION: It is necessary to put phenomena into practical use those that result from unification of quantum mechanics, Newtonian physics. and the Theory of Relativity that are specific to superconductivity and superfluid phenomena that are at a 10SP40/SPlevel.
