Method for adapting drag torque or torque loss of driving motor of e.g. diesel engine, involves subjecting drag torque and/or torque loss of driving motor with correction value provided based on momentary operating point
The method involves providing a reference function to represent a drag torque and/or torque loss of a driving motor (2) based on an operating point. A correction value (KW) is provided based on a momentary operating point of the driving motor. The drag torque and/or torque loss of the driving motor are subjected with the correction value, where the drag torque and/or torque loss is defined at the momentary operating point by the reference function, where the operating point is defined by engine temperature or oil temperature. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for adapting a drag torque or torque loss of a driving motor of an internal combustion engine (2) a computer program for performing a method for adapting a drag torque or torque loss of a driving motor of an internal combustion engine.
