PURPOSE: A method for a total maximum daily load management system for integrated watershed management is provided to improve the total maximum daily load management system for reducing a pollutant water discharge load level below a total pollutant load level which enables the discharge of pollutant water to achieve the target water quality. CONSTITUTION: The standard water flow is calculated by considering both the average storage amount of water for 10 year and the average shortage amount of water for 10 year in a selected target watershed. A discharge pollution load by small watershed is calculated by each pollution source group. The reduction pollutant load except the allowable total amount of the charged pollutant load amount is calculated. The standard discharge pollutant load amount is calculated by using the target water quality level and the standard water flow.
