Sample array analysis system for use in e.g. pharma research, has detector detecting luminescence radiation emitted by samples, and light conductor array arranged in front of sample plate for conducting light on samples
The system has a light source (1) e.g. LED, for simultaneous illumination of a set of samples (2) arranged adjacent to each other in retainers of a sample plate. A detector e.g. charge coupled device sensor (7), detects the luminescence radiation emitted by the samples, and a light conductor array is arranged in front of the sample plate for conducting light on the samples, where the number of light conductors (9) of the light conductor array correspond to the number of retainers of the sample plate.
