Measuring device i.e. spectral photometer, for spectroscopic analysis of e.g. grain sample, has lighting and detector devices arranged such that transmission and reflection of sample are measurable in measuring process by detectors
The measuring device (100) has a lighting device (10) for spectrally dispersed lighting of a sample (1), and a sample retaining device (20) for retaining the sample. A detector device (30) has a detector (31) for measuring transmission of the light and another detector (32) for measuring reflection of the light reflected by a sample cell (22). The lighting device and the detector device are arranged such that the transmission and the reflection of the sample are simultaneously measurable in a common measuring process by the detectors. An independent claim is also included for a method for spectroscopic analysis of a sample.
