Radiation sensor for determining intensity of solar global radiation at black Earth finish, has device provided for heating or cooling absorption layer so that forceable energy is withdrawn or supplied to absorption layer by device
The sensor (1) has a temperature sensor (3.1) measuring temperature of an absorption layer (2). A device (4) e.g. thermal resistor, is provided for heating or cooling the absorption layer so that forceable energy is withdrawn or supplied to the absorption layer by the device. A thermal resistance layer (5.1) e.g. pico technology (PT) 100 sensor, is provided below the device. A temperature sensor (3.2) is provided between the resistance layer and housing (7). A device e.g. Peltier element, for cooling the housing or the resistance layer is provided between the sensor (3.2) and the housing. An independent claim is also included for a method for testing efficiency and temporal stability of measuring characteristics of a radiation sensor.
