PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow management of various construction works by using integrated information using generally spreading standard methods of measurement for construction works, depletion expenses tables, material information, etc. to preliminarily calculate the amount of COSB2/SB-NOx discharged from operation machines and the like in a civil engineering work and determining a target value according with a reduction plan based on the calculation result to reflect it on the preparation of a construction schedule. PSOLUTION: A construction work management system (S) includes an integration system (1), an environmental load operation system (2), and a construction schedule preparation system (3). The environmental load operation system (2) includes a machine operation time totalizing part (20), a daily operation conversion part (21), a COSB2/SB-NOx discharge calculation part (22), a reduction target value setting part (24) for setting the target value according with the reduction plan of COSB2/SB-NOx discharge, a construction work cost calculation part (25) for calculating the cost of the construction work after the reduction plan, and a machine operation time calculation part (26) for calculating total operation times per machine type after the reduction plan. Values operated by the machine operation time calculation part (26) are reflected on construction schedule data prepared by the construction schedule preparation system (3).
