Sandwich or honeycomb-like system-base i.e. system plate, for use in automotive industry, has upper base and lower base arranged parallel to each other at distance, and spacers integrally connected with upper base and lower base
The system-base (1) has a flat upper base (2) and a flat lower base (3) arranged parallel to each other at a distance. The upper base and the lower base are arranged between spacers (4, 5) forming hollow spaces. The spacers are integrally connected with the upper base and lower base. The upper base and lower base form a honeycomb or hollow box-like structure with the spacers. The spacers have metal strips, which is made of steel sheet, aluminum, plastic or carbon fiber. The system-base is arranged between coarse bodies, which are made of sinter metal and fastened to a robot arm (14).
