The provision is for a bicycle which enables dogs to be exercised daily without harm to themselves or to human beings. The provision enables even handicapped and aged dog owners to exercise their animals safely, efficiently and with little physical effort. One or several lateral stirrups on the side edge of a bicycle enable dog leads to be attached, enabling their owner or handler to take them safely and efficiently for exercise.
