SOLUTION: The role information 12a indicating a role in the predetermined commercial transaction, the information on the person in charge 12b for specifying the person playing the role, the duration of the person in charge 12c, and the certification information 12d relating to a certification 13 of the person in charge are related and stored in a management information 12 shared and managed by business partners (step S4), and the security processing is examined (step S6) on the basis of management information 12 on a transmitter or receiver of the electronic document 11 and the contents of at least one or more certifications 13 corresponding to the management information, when the electronic document 11 on which the security processing is performed, is received (step S5).
