Manufacturing process of blades (1) assemblable for preparation of a floor covering on the panels, cut outs, and machined decorations, comprises applying a lacquer layer (11) to the decorative superior side of the last and/or blades cut out, before and/or after cutting a panel. Independent claims are included for: (1) an installation for the implementation of the process comprising a cutting unit of the panels in blades and an impregnation unit of the decorative upper side of the panels and/or the blades, after cutting of a lacquer layer; and (2) blades for floor covering, obtained from the process, having a core (4) containing wood or synthetic material and/or recycled material, comprising applying the lacquer layer on the upper decorative side.
