English listening, speaking, and writing methods are provided to perform effective exercises and to enhance a learning effect by using a voice storage unit. English listening, speaking, and writing methods include a voice storing process and a voice non-storing process. The voice storing process is performed to store voices in voice units into a voice storage unit. The voice non-storing process is performed to stop a storing operation as much as a period corresponding to a voice storing period. A transmission process is performed to transmit the voices of the voice storage unit including the voice storing period and the voice non-storing period to a telephone, a cellular phone, and an internet phone.
