A method and terminal for assessing customer service satisfaction are disclosed. The method comprises creating a display (8) that includes a graphical representation of the identity of a server, such as the server's name (16) and photograph (14). The display (8) also includes a graphical representation of levels of performance satisfaction (10,12). These may be represented as text, icons or both. User input is then received that indicates one of the levels of performance satisfaction. The user input is interpreted, and the indicated level of performance satisfaction and the identity of the server are recorded in a database.
