PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for regulating the psychosomatic situation of a transfer boarding person which allows personalized control to keep normal association between the transfer and the boarding person, thereby to keep and facilitate the health of the transfer and the boarding person; and a method for controlling the device for regulating the psychosomatic situation.;SOLUTION: The device comprises a psychosomatic information detector 3a for detecting the psychosomatic information of a transfer and a boarding person, a psychosomatic information analyzer 3c for analyzing the psychosomatic information detected by the psychosomatic information detector 3a to grasp the psychosomatic situation of the boarding person, a target situation setting means 3b for setting a target psychosomatic situation of the boarding person, a stimulation signal generating means 6c based on the information grasped by the psychosomatic information analyzer 3c and the target situation set by the target situation setting means 3b to generate a stimulation signal for regulating the psychosomatic situation to the target situation, and optimization means 6a, 6b, 6c for optimizing (personalizing) at least one of the psychosomatic information analyzer 3c, the target situation setting means 3b, and the stimulation signal generating means 6c every boarding person.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
