PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel anticancer agent (a cancer-proliferation inhibitor or a cancer-metastasis inhibitor), a cofilin binder, a cofilin detecting agent, a method of detecting cofilin, an actin filament metabolism-controlling agent, and a method of controlling actin filament metabolism.;SOLUTION: The anticancer agent (a cancer-proliferation inhibitor or a cancer-metastasis inhibitor), the cofilin binder, the cofilin detecting agent, and the actin filament metabolism-controlling agent contain (-)-6-[3-[3-cyclopropyl-3-[(1R,2R)-2-hydroxycyclohexyl]ureido]propoxy]-2-(1H)-quinolinone, and the method of detecting cofilin uses the above cofilin detecting agent, and the method of controlling actin filament metabolism uses the above actin filament metabolism-controlling agent.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
