Technical technological invention - patent of a complex exploitation of a reverberatory furnace copper slag in the first phase consists of preconcentrate with two final products, processes of crushing the slag of classified to size obtained after the procedure of preconcentration - sieving from (-100 +0,0) mm, without primary crushing, with entrance in the process of trituration of (-10+0,0) mm, in floatation concentration with hydrocyclonization tenuity over 70%-0,074 mm wherefrom copper, gold, silver and platinum group of metals are obtained. In the next stage - phase by magnetic concentration a high quality concentrate of magnetite is produced and through the hydro cycling process of abrasive quality 'A' and 'B'. This innovation technological procedure of complex exploitation of the reverberatory furnace copper clag through its first stage is proved and accomplished in industrial conditions having started from May 2002 in plants 'RTB' - Bor up to November 2003, when there was 12,435 t of copper concentrate, 2.114 t of copper, more than 37 kg of gold, 74 kg of silver and over 19 kg of platinum group of metals.;Tehniko-tehnooki pronalazak - patent kompleksnog iskorienja ljake bakra plamene pei kroz prvu fazu sastoji se iz predkoncentracije, sa dva finalna proizvoda, procesa drobljenja ljake klase krupnoe dobijene posle postupka predkoncentracije - prosejavanja od (-100+0,0)mm, bez primarnog drobljenja, sa ulazom u proces mlevenja od (-10+0,0)mm, flotacijskom koncentracijom sa finoom hidrocikloniranja preko 70%-0,074mm pri emu se dobijaju, bakar, zlato, srebro i platinska grupa metala. U drugom delu -fazi magnetnom koncentracijom dobie se visoko kvalitetni koncentrat magnetita a kroz proces hidrocikloniranja abrazivi kvaliteta "A" i "B". Ovaj inovaciono tehniko-tehnoloki postupak kompleksnog iskorienja ljake bakra plamene pei kroz svoju prvu fazu dokazan i realizovan je u industrijskim uslovima sa start-up od Maja-2002 u postrojenjima "RTB"-Bor.
