PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple, quick and reproducible sample production method.;SOLUTION: The dilution is converted to the dilution for AMAPS. The dilution for AMAPS is provided with an antibacterial effect and smaller cell aggregation by isopropyl alcohol. Better storage stability of the cellular cytoplasm is improved, and also smaller expansion of cells due to polyethylene glycol, and the better preservation of nuclear and the staining properties due to citric acid.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
