HOOD STAY STRUCTURE OF A VEHICLE FOR PREVENTING SEPARATION OF A HOOD STAY AND A HOOD CAP BY HANGING A FITTING UNIT TO AN INSERTING HOLE OF THE HOOD CAP WITHOUT REDUCING COMBINING FORCE AT HIGH TEMPERATURE
PURPOSE: A hood stay structure of a vehicle is provided to restrict a hood cap from being separated from a hood stay by forming a bent unit at the hood stay and an inserting hole installed at the hood cap to fit the bent unit. CONSTITUTION: A hood stay structure of a vehicle is composed of a hood stay(50) of which one end is fixed rotatively to an engine room; a hood cap(52) combined to the end of the hood stay and fitted into a combining groove(53) formed at a hood to support the hood; a fitting unit(1) bent at the predetermined angle in the end of the hood stay; an inserting hole(2) formed at the hood cap to insert the fitting unit; and a support combining unit(3) perpendicular to the inserting hole and disposed at the hood cap to fit-join the hood stay.
