NANO-BIOMIMETIC MUSCLE RESPONSIVE TO ATP WHICH IS MADE OF NANO FIBERS PREPARED BY ELECTROSPINNING AND SERVE AS MUSCLE IN BODY BY USING BODY ENERGY FROM DECOMPOSITION OF ATP
PURPOSE: Provided are nano-biomimetic muscles using body energy from decomposition of ATP, which serve for compensating for the functional loss by aging or degeneration of muscles. CONSTITUTION: The nano-biomimetic muscles are obtained by the steps of producing nano fibers and synthesizing the nano fibers into ATP activated hydrogels. The step of producing nano fibers is effected by electrospinning which is a method using sufficient surface charge from electric field by applying electric field between injector with tip of capillary filled with polymeric solution, and metal plate for collecting fibers spaced from the injector. In the step of synthesizing the nano fibers into ATP activated hydrogels such that the nano fibers respond to ATP, is used the method forming semi- or full-IPN(Interpenetrating Polymer Network) with crosslinking agents.
