PURPOSE: A method for reinforcing ability of employees is provided to support personal development and career development of the employees, and reinforce the desired ability of the employees by constructing a business classification system presenting the ability needed for each field/level, and making the employee diagnose the ability and systemize the ability through education courses. CONSTITUTION: Manpower information including a target employee, and an upper approver and a manager of the target employee is registered to a database(S100). Unit ability data classified into a hierarchical structure is registered to the database(S200). Ability diagnosis data for diagnosing the unit ability data is registered to the database(S300). The education course for reinforcing the ability of each field is registered to the database(S400). The ability diagnosis result data is generated/registered to the database by transmitting the unit ability diagnosis data to an employee's computer and receiving/analyzing answer data(S500). The education course is set by withdrawing the education course fit to the employee from the database and providing the education course to the employee(S600).
