PURPOSE: A learning chopsticks for intelligence development is provided to allow children being poor at using chopsticks or foreigners learning how to use chopsticks to easily and naturally learn the principles of chopsticks by making them use chopsticks repeatedly, and to help the rehabilitative muscular exercising in a rehabilitation or the like. CONSTITUTION: The learning chopsticks(100) for intelligence development includes a pair of chopsticks connected by a connector(300). The chopsticks include a first stick(110) having a thumb insertion hole(111) on the upper side with a predetermined angle, and a first pad(112) on the lower side; and a second stick(210) having a maintenance part(220) including an index insertion hole(221) and a middle insertion hole(222) on the middle side, and having a second pad(211) on the lower side. The connector maintains the interval of the two sticks uniform. If a beginner opens the first stick and the second stick, a protrusion(313) on one side of a connecting ring(312) is rotated at an angle with a maintenance groove(323) of a rotation piece(322) as guide. If the user closes the chopsticks, the protrusion is located on the lowest of the maintenance groove of the rotation piece to prevent the chopsticks from crossing with each other.
