PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anode panel for a cold cathode field electron emission display device, that has a barrier rib which is less susceptible to decomposition, degeneration and denaturation.;SOLUTION: An anode panel AP for a cold cathode field electron emission display device comprises a board 20, the barrier ribs 22 formed on the board 20, phosphor layers 23 formed between the barrier ribs 22, and an anode electrode 24, formed throughout the phosphor layers 23 and the barrier ribs 22, and the barrier ribs 22 comprise a sprayed layer formed by thermal spraying of a thermal spray material.
