PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mutual aid/insurance building evaluation system and a mutual aid/insurance amount evaluation document for performing a mutual aid/insurance amount and building evaluation such as structure division simply, speedily and securely, specifying a building and easily performing grasping of contract contents so that the building can easily be managed. ;SOLUTION: The system has a means 10 for storing the area unit rate of the re-acquisition price of the building, a means 27 for setting the building information of a contract object, a means 20 for reading the area unit rate of the re-acquisition price corresponding to set building information and multiplying the unit rate by the total floor area of the building to calculate the re- acquisition price, a means 21 for calculating a secular depreciation residual ratio of the building, a means 22 for calculating the current price of the building from the re-acquisition price and the secular depreciation residual ratio and a means 7 for outputting the calculated re-acquisition price, the secular depreciation residual ratio, the present price and building information as building price evaluation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
