A method to correct the images in a SPECT Study of Heart for subsequent tomographic Reconstruction.In a detector or gamma camera which detects the Radiation emitted by a Radio Drug administered to a patient, where the detector rotates around the patient.Obtaining a set of M angular positions of images for some time, in which the method is corrected to the images to get a optimized Reconstruction,In which the differences between successive vertical positions of the Organ studied, are minimized.The Method consists in defining a region in the image, which contains the Organ studied and apply a transformation or Digital Filter in the predefined region,And where this Transformation is the number of pixels that must be moved one at a time on each of the images that make up the study.This Transformation is applied repetitively until any of the M Images must Move.
