The water supply and CO2 storage cartridge are connected to a static or mechanical mixer with reducers for CO2 and water pressure. An Independent claim is included by implication, for the corresponding method. Preferred features: The dispensing valve is connected with a second cold water line (6) and similarly with a hot water pipe (5). The valve is single or double. Connection with pressure reducers is re-iterated. Connections are from a water mains (direct) or branched connection. The CO2 pressure reducer is connected to a replaceable CO2 cartridge with quick-connector. Filtration precedes the mixer. Cooling is applied before or after the filter and at he mixer. The pressure reducers for CO2 and water are combined for precise supply. Water and gas are supplied in counterflow to the mixer and can be shut off by solenoid or mechanical over-pressure valves. The flow path is described, comprising the valve (1), line (7), extraction channel (10), cylinder (12) on which flow impacts, service valve for tap outlet (17). The cylinder and cylinder wall (11) can be conical. Mechanical elements (not shown or labeled: 13, 14, 15) link the service valve to the cylinder, to open and close it.
