FIELD: sportive and medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: exerciser has two columns mounted on base and interconnected by cross-piece, pulley-and-cable system, user shaking device, and user retaining device. Exerciser is further provided with auxiliary user shaking device and pack of weights. User retaining device has hand grip and foot retainer. One of columns is made T-shaped. Rollers carrying cables of pulley-and-cable system are mounted on horizontal part of T-shaped column. Cable is connected with its one end to hand grip and with its other end to pack of weights through one of user shaking devices. Foot retainer is connected to cross-piece through other user shaking device. Each user shaking device is provided with unit for regulating shaking force. User retaining device has head retainer made in the form of Glisson's loop and removably mounted on hand grip. Weight of pack of weights may be regulated. Exerciser of such construction produces advantageous effect upon spine and facilitates recovery of its functional activities. EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified construction. 4 cl, 1 dwg
