The present invention relates to milk industry, and provides fermented milk products, liquid or powdered, with instantaneous reconstitution, formed by symbiosis-culture of Lactobacillus casei and Lactobacillus acidophilus in a milk substrate, as well as to a process for the production of said fermented milk products. The novel products of the present invention allow to maintain a balanced and controlled intestinal flora, as well as to restore the same after drugs have been administered, or when health nutritional deficiencies are present.
