CONSTITUTION:After the surface of Ti or Ti alloy is pickled with an aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid and cleaned, Cu or Ni striking is formed to 1-5mum thickness. Subsequently, The above surface of electroplated with Ni or Ni-P alloy to 5-20mum thickness, heated at 450 deg.C for 1hr in a vacuum of 10-1-10-1 Torr to undergo the formation of Ti-Ni or Ti-Cu alloy layer, air-cooled under reduced pressure, and then treated with HF or HNO3 containing aqueous solution to undergo surface activation. Successively, a heat-and wear-resisting film in which Ni-P alloy or Co is used as a matrix and hard pulverized powder of SiC, etc., is dispersed, is formed by an electroplating method, and the surface is formed into rough surface of 1.0-10.0mum RZ by means of the projection of alumina powder, and then, a solid lubricant film of MoS2, graphite, BN, etc., is formed to 5-30mum thickness.
