The invention relates to novel compounds of the formula I IMAGE in which R1 stands for alkyl having 1-4 carbon atoms, R2 stands for alkyl having 1-4 carbon atoms or benzyl, R3 and R4 independently of one another denote hydrogen or alkyl having 1-4 carbon atoms, R5 and R6 together form a single bond or R5 and R6 each stand for hydrogen or R5 represents methoxy and R6 represents hydrogen and X denotes hydrogen and, if R5 and R6 each stand for hydrogen, can also denote bromine, where R3 should not stand for methyl if R5, R6 and X each denote hydrogen, and a process for the preparation of these compounds by condensation of the corresponding lysergic acid derivatives with the appropriate aminocyclols. The compounds of the formula I have dopamine receptor-stimulating, prolactin secretion-inhibiting and vasotonic properties.
