PURPOSE:Carbon dioxide is directly blown to food and acidic fluidic substance is formed to stick fast to the food by the action of carbon dioxide and water in the food, thus making the food preservative. CONSTITUTION:Carbon dioxide is directly blown to various kinds of food where, when necessary, a small amount of water may be sprayed beforehand, or in the cases of fish or shells carbon dioxide is directly blown from the mouth into internal organs. Preferably food blown with carbon dioxide is shaken and the food is preserved with turning the side bolwn with carbon dioxide downward.
