The present disclosure relates generally to a method of treating a subject diagnosed with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) involving targeted TGF-β inhibition with a bifunctional fusion protein, in combination with administration of a systemic chemotherapeutic agent. , Wherein the combination of the bifunctional fusion protein of the present disclosure and a systemic chemotherapeutic agent enhances anticancer efficacy compared to systemic chemotherapeutic agents alone.
