PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply an electric propulsion ship to a storage battery provided in an electric propulsion ship, regardless of the location of the AC power source, by converting the AC power of the AC power source into DC power. SOLUTION: One or more propulsion electric motors for propelling a ship, one or more secondary batteries for supplying power to the propulsion electric motors, and one or more power conversion units for charging the secondary batteries with DC power.
