An embodiment of the present invention provides a solar cell that is transparent and has high peeling strength. The solar cell according to the embodiment has: a transparent substrate; a p-type electrode including, on the substrate, a first p-type electrode that includes a metal oxide mainly made of Sn, a second p-type electrode that has an opening and is formed of wiring comprising a metal or graphene, and a third p-type electrode that includes a metal oxide mainly made of In; a p-type light absorption layer which is in direct contact with a surface, of the first p-type electrode, on the side opposite to the second p-type electrode; an n-type layer provided on the p-type light absorption layer; and an n-type electrode provided on the n-type layer. The third p-type electrode is present between the first p-type electrode and the second p-type electrode and is provided so as to be in direct contact with the upper surface of the second p-type electrode, and the entire lateral surface of the second p-type electrode is in direct contact with the first p-type electrode.
