To provide a surface printing laminate for soft packaging which prevents blocking even when an excessive winding pressure is applied during winding in a manufacturing step, and improves poor appearance of a pattern by rubbing between packaging bags when being formed into a packaging bag.SOLUTION: A surface printing laminate for soft packaging has a base material layer where two or more base materials 2 and 4 are laminated and a printing layer 1 laminated on one surface of the base material layer, where the printing layer 1 contains a binder resin and hydrocarbon-based wax having a melting point of 50°C or higher, the base material layer has a wet index of a surface in contact with the printing layer 1 larger than a wet index of a surface in not contact with the printing layer 1, and a difference between the wet indices is 3 dyne/cm or more. The binder resin contains 30 mass% or more of the total of a polyurethane resin and/or a polyamide resin in the total mass of the binder resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
