Disclosed are an ion balance measuring sensor and a measuring method thereof, an ion balance adjusting device using the ion balance measuring sensor, and a controlling method thereof. Ion balance measuring sensor according to the present invention is a p (positive) type FET (Field Effect Transistor) device connected to the sensing electrode; and an n (negative) FET device connected to the sensing electrode, wherein the ion balance is measured using the p-type FET device and the n-type FET device.
