    • 摘要: Objective S100A11 is a member of the S100 calcium-binding protein family and has intracellular and extracellular regulatory activities.We previously reported that S100A11 was differentially expressed in the respiratory tracts of asthmatic rats as compared with normal controls.Here,we aimed to analyze the potential of S100A11 to regulate both allergen-induced airway hyperresponsiveness(AHR)as well as acetylcholine(ACh)-induced hypercontractility of airway smooth muscle(ASM)and contraction of ASM cells(ASMCs).Methods Purified recombinant rat S100A11 protein(rS100A11)was administered to OVA-sensitized and challenged rats and then the AHR of animals was measured.The relaxation effects of rS100A11 on ASM were detected using isolated tracheal rings and primary ASMCs.The expression levels of un-phosphorylated myosin light chain(MLC)and phosphorylated MLC in ASMCs were analyzed using Western blotting.Results Treatment with rS100A11 attenuated AHR in the rats.ASM contraction assays showed that rS100A11 reduced the contractile responses of isolated tracheal rings and primary ASMCs treated with ACh.In addition,rS100A11 markedly decreased the ACh-induced phosphorylation of the myosin light chain in ASMCs.Moreover,rS100A11 also suppressed the contractile response of tracheal rings in calcium-free buffer medium.Conclusion These results indicate that S100A11 protein can relieve AHR by relaxing ASM independently of extracellular calcium.Our data support the idea that S100A11 is a potential therapeutic target for reducing airway resistance in asthma patients.

    • 摘要: Tea(Camellia sinensis)is widely considered to promote feelings of calming and soothing.This effect is attributed to L-theanine(L-γ-glutamylethylamide)in tea,a non-protein amino acid mainly derived from tea leaves.As a naturally occurring structural analogue of glutamate,L-theanine competes for the receptors with glutamate and is able to pass the blood-brain barrier to exert its relaxation effect.This review focuses on the relaxation effect of L-theanine,including animal models and the latest human trials as well as the potential molecular mechanisms regarding neuron stem cells.The biological efficacy of dietary L-theanine in the food matrix has been further discussed in this review in relation to the physiological changes in the gastrointestinal tract and bindings of L-theanine with other food components.

    • 摘要: Introduction: Postpartum depression often starts two weeks to a month after delivery and can linger for months or even a year. According to the World Health Organization, depression affects roughly 10% of pregnant women worldwide and 13% of women in the immediate postpartum period. In India, the Prevalence of Postpartum Depression (PPD) varies from 15% to 20%. Yoga, which originated in ancient India, is recognized as an alternative medicine practice that incorporates mind-body practices. Methodology: This is a review (narrative) study, in which literature has been evaluated using electronic search in databases of PubMed, Google Scholar, Science Direct, ResearchGate, etc. Searching in the databases was made using keywords of postpartum depression, yoga in postpartum depression. There were many articles on yoga in depression but those articles were included in the study that had done research on postpartum depression, which were of research and review article type. Result: This review study includes 4 interventional studies that showed a highly significant (p yoga on postpartum women. Conclusion: This study showed the result that different limbs of yoga (i.e., Dhyana, Asanas, and Pranayama, etc.) could considerably reduce depression symptoms in postnatal women. This would also help in reducing the use of antidepressant medications. Therefore, it is recommended that yoga training should be employed in postnatal treatment.

    • 摘要: This work presents the results of studying the electrophysical properties of the YCu_(0.15)Mn_(0.85)O_(3)solid solution in the range of temperatures of T=26-400°C and frequency range of f=102-105 Hz.A model description of the revealed dispersion of dielectric parameters in the material is made.The nonclassical modified Havriliak-Negami model written for complex electrical conduc-tivity was used as an approximation model.It is shown that the application of this model almost exactly describes the frequency behavior of the dielectric constantε′/ε0(f),the dielectric loss tangent tgδ(f)as well as the real and imaginary parts of complex conductivityγ′(f)andγ′′(f).The results of this work are an important step in identifying the opportunities and understanding the applications of this model.

    • 摘要: Professor Chaohui Ye is one of the founders and pioneers of nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)spectroscopy and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in China.He has achieved much fruitful research in the field of NMR spectroscopy,such as relaxation mechanism in solids,high-resolution solid-state NMR techniques,dynamic nuclear polarization,spin dynamics,the measurement of fundamental solid-state NMR parameters,Raman magnetic resonance,radiation damping,and the design and manufacture of magnetic resonance instrument.Besides NMR,Professor Ye was also engaged in the research of atomic frequency standard and made contributions to the design of the first Rb atomic clock in China.Professor Ye has once been the director of the Wuhan Institute of Physics and Mathematics,Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS),the president of the Wuhan branch of CAS,the director of the State Key Laboratory of Magnetic Resonance and Atomic and Molecular Physics,the director of the National Center for Magnetic Resonance in Wuhan,the director of the Committee of Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy,Chinese Physical Society,and the editor-in-chief of Chinese Journal of Magnetic Resonance.For many years,Professor Ye has made tremendous efforts for the development of NMR and MRI research,and domestic academic journals.

    • 摘要: This work presents the results of study of the electrophysical properties of composite polymer ceramics(1−x)[KNN-LTSN]-xPVDF at x=25 vol.%and x=50 vol.%in the temperature range of T=20-160°Cand frequency range of f=2×10^(1)-2×10^(6)Hz.The concentration dependence of piezomodules of the studied materials has been analyzed as a function of temperature.X-ray measurements have also been carried out.A model of description of revealed dielectric parameters dispersion in the material is presented.The nonclassical modified Havriliak-Negami model written for complex electrical conductivity has been used to describe the temperature-frequency properties.It is shown that the dielectric spectra of the studied composites include three relaxation processes in the temperature ranges of 40-80°C,80-120°Cand 120-150°C,which were confirmed by the dynamics of changes in the dependences of g′(f),tgδ(f),M′(f),M″(f)and M″(M′).All three processes are almost exactly described by this model and well correlated with the studies by other researchers of the composites based on PVDF.The results of this work show that the use of such experimental model is suitable for describing the complex dielectric spectra of any nonlinear dielectrics including composite materials.

    • 摘要: This paper is focused on the comparison of the results of various approximation models describing the frequency dependences of the dielectric constanε'/ε_(0)(f)andε"/ε_(0)(f),the tangent of the loss angle tgδ(f)T and the electrical conductivityγ'(f)T andγ"(f)T of nonlinear dielectrics.The classic ferroelectric material of the PZT system with x=0.50 was chosen as the object of study.Based on the analysis of temperature-frequency dependences of the“empirical”parametersαandβ,a regularity has been revealed that allows them to be calculated.A new relationship has been established through the parameterα,which allows to relate the temperature and frequency dependences of the complex electrical conductivity asω→∞and asω→0 in the Havriliak-Negami approximation models and in the new model for the description of the complex electrical conductivityγ*.It is shown thatαis a parameter of the temperature-frequency distribution of dielectric losses.Using the obtained expressions,a new theoretical description of experimental spectra having a relaxation character was proposed.It has been proven that the use of the new model makes it possible to accurately describe the set of studied spectra,including the high and low frequencies,in the frequency range from 10^(-3) to 10^(8) Hz.

    • 摘要: In the case of lid-driven deep cavity flow, the effects of different resolutions of local grid refinement have been studied in the frame of multiple relaxation times (MRT) lattice Boltzmann method (LBM). In all the cases, the aspect ratio and Reynolds number are set as 1.5 and 3.200, respectively. First, the applied method is validated by comparing it with two reported works, with which agreements are reached. Then, six separate degrees of local grid refinement at the upper left corner, i.e. purely coarse grid, including 1/64, 1/32, 1/16, 1/8, 1/4 refinements of the lattice number in the width direction have been studied in detail. The results give the following indications:① The refinement degrees lower than 1/8 produce similar results;② For single corner refinement, 1/4 refinement is adequate for clearing the noises in the singularity zone to a large extent;③ New noise around the interface between coarse and fine zones are introduced by local grid refinement. Finally, refinement of entire subzone neighboring the lid is examined to avoid introducing new noises and it has been found effective.
