    • 摘要: BACKGROUND Impalement of the body is a rare injury and comes with varied presentation.There is no set classification or defined protocols for managing this injury.This case report aims to create awareness among trauma surgeons about unusual presentation and management of such case.CASE SUMMARY A 45-year-old man presented to the emergency department with a sharp penetrating wooden plank at right clavicular region between the neck and shoulder following a road traffic accident.The vehicle had crashed into a roadside wooden hut,thus causing an impalement injury.He was meticulously worked up and taken to emergency theatre.The wooden plank was removed and the wound healed uneventfully.Postoperatively,he had fairly good shoulder function and was able to return back to work successfully.CONCLUSION Each impalement injury brings in challenges in management as no two cases are the same.The varied presentation and risks involved should be known to medical professionals handling the emergency.Coordinated multidisciplinary team approach is needed for successful outcome.

    • 摘要: Software development is getting a transition from centralized version control systems(CVCSs)like Subversion to decentralized version control systems(DVCDs)like Git due to lesser efficiency of former in terms of branching,fusion,time,space,merging,offline commits&builds and repository,etc.Git is having a share of 77%of total VCS,followed by Subversion with a share of 13.5%.The majority of software industries are getting a migration from Subversion to Git.Only a few migration tools are available in the software industry.Still,these too lack in many features like lack of identifying the empty directories as premigration check,failover capabilities during migration due to network failure or disk space issue,and detailed report generation as post-migration steps.In this work,a holistic,proactive and novel approach has been presented for pre/during/post-migration validation from Subversion to Git.Many scripts have been developed and executed run-time over various projects for overcoming the limitations of existing migration software tools for a Subversion to Git migration.During premigration,none of the available migration tools has the capability to fetch empty directories of Subversion,which results in an incomplete migration from Subversion to Git.Many Scripts have been developed and executed for pre-migration validation and migration preparation,which overcomes the problem of incomplete migration.Experimentation was conducted in SRLC Software Research Lab,Chicago,USA.During the migration process,in case of loss of network connection or due to any other reason,if migration stops or breaks,available migration tools do not have capabilities to start over from the same point where it left.Various Scripts have been developed and executed to keep the migration revision history in the cache(elastic cache)to start from the same point where it was left due to connection failure.During post-migration,none of the available version control migration tools generate a detailed report giving information about the total size of source Subversion repositories, the total volume of data migrated todestination repositories in Git, total number of pools migrated, time taken formigration, number of Subversion users with email notification, etc. VariousScripts have been developed and executed for the above purpose during thepost-migration process.

    • 摘要: 由于小型企业资金有限,所以各个小型企业要进行不同VLAN的计算机要访问同一个服务器的时候以及属于不同VLAN的计算机相互之间访问的时候而且经费紧张大多数都是采用单臂路由的方式.本文利用了4个二层交换机以及一个路由器来实现VLAN间的通信,通过Cisco Packet Tracer Student软件进行仿真模拟,要实现各个计算机通过域名对WEB服务器的访问.

    • 摘要: Background: Surgical treatment of upper mesocolic organs is improved by preoperative diagnosis of anatomical variants of celiac trunk. According to the literature, these anatomical variants are little known in sub-Saharan Africa. Purpose: To evaluate the prevalence of anatomical variants of celiac trunk in relation to its branching. Materials and methods: This was a cross-sectional study of descriptive type. It retrospectively evaluated 160 abdominal contrast enhanced CT-scan, from patients attending Yalgado OUEDRAOGO teaching hospital, from 1 January 2015 to 30 September 2016. Patients with a history of heavy abdominal surgery were excluded. Images obtained by 64-row CT-scan were analyzed for anatomical variants of the celiac trunk. Results: One hundred and twenty-eight patients (80%) had a classic anatomical configuration of celiac trunk, while thirty-two (20%) had at least one anatomical variant. Two anatomical variants were found in fifteen patients (9.4%) while five other patients (3.1%) had more than two variants. The most frequent anatomical variant was the hepato-splenic bifurcation, found in fourteen patients (8, 8%). It was followed by common celiac and mesenteric trunk, and then collateral arteries, in particular left hepatic artery and right lower diaphragmatic artery, each with three patients (1.9%). Conclusion: Anatomical variants related to celiac trunk branching, are as frequent in our study as in the literature. However, the two most common anatomical variants were hepato-splenic bifurcation and common celiac and mesenteric trunk.

    • 摘要: Background: There is no proven relationship between back pain and trunk muscle strength, researches in this field yielded conflicting results: some found significant weakness of trunk muscles in back pain patients compared with healthy subjects, however many researches did not show any relationship. Objectives: The focus of this study is to assess the trunk muscles strength using isokinetic dynamometer then tries to find a relation between back pain and trunk muscles strength. Materials and Methods: Fifty patients with back pain (BP) and 50 healthy subjects were recruited in this study. The flexors and extensors of the trunk muscles were evaluated by Isokinetic dynamometer and compared with control groups. Results: Patients with acute back pain show a significant reduction of the trunk muscles strengths at 120°/s velocities (p value < 0.05) with reversed flexor/extensor ration in comparison with sound subjects. Such a relationship does not show in subacute or chronic back pain patients. Conclusions: Acute back pain associated with decreased the strength of the trunk flexors and extensors at 120°/s. The trunk muscle reinforcement programs must be considered in-patients with acute back pain.
