    • 摘要: This article aimed to design a micro-CT system that met the demand of experimental rabbit imaging. The system included the design of hardware and software. The hardware of high spatial resolution was designed by selecting different parameters of X-ray tube and detector. The image reconstruction algorithm was designed in C programming language using FDK reconstruction algorithm. The micro-CT system the designed in the present study had larger imaging-filed and tube-voltage that could meet the demand of rabbit imaging. It not only has a higher spatial-resolution by selecting proper hardware and imaging algorithm, but also can save the cost of purchasing the finished product.%本文旨在设计一套Micro-CT系统,包括系统的硬件设计及成像算法设计,用于实验兔子成像.通过选择不同参数的X线管和探测器,设计空间分辨率较高的硬件系统;使用FDK重建算法,利用C语言编程,实现图像重建算法.该Micro-CT系统,成像视野大,管电压大,不仅提高了空间分辨率,而且相比市面上成品机器,节约了成本,满足了实验兔子成像需求.

    • 摘要: 为了给医生提供层次丰富高分辨率的图像,从而为临床诊断提供准确依据。研究了影响图像质量的关键因素及其与图像质量的关系,并对此因素加以合理利用以便充分发挥DR的性能,从DR的系统构成即硬件和软件以及摄影参数方面分别进行全面分析。硬件方面X线管焦点的大小及管内真空度会影响图像质量、不同类型探测器的结构与工作原理决定图像的分辨率;软件方面主要考虑图像处理对图像质量的影响;摄影参数KV,mA,S的合理选择与患者的辐射剂量与图像质量密切相关。分析结果显示X线管、探测器及摄影过程中参数的调节是影像DR图像质量的关键因素。%in order to give full play to the clinical performance of the DR, Provide doctors with rich layers of images.Study the key factors influencing the image quality and its relationship with image quality, and reasonable use this factor From the DR system constitute the hardware and software aspects and photographic parameters were analyzed respectively.Hardware the size of the X-ray tube focal point and tube vacuum will affect the image quality, the structure and working principle of different types of detector determines the resolution of the images; Software mainly consider the effect of image processing to image quality;KV , mA, S reasonable choice is closely related to the patients radiation dose and image quality.The analysis of the results showed:X-ray tube, detector and photographic parameters are key factors affecting the quality of DR image.

    • 摘要: Objective:To test the resolution limit of center-ray point and other points in X-ray radiographic area by using star test pattern, analyze the rule of resolution limit. Methods: To mark six other points respectively along long axis and short axis of the X-ray tube by taking center-ray point as zero. Place star test pattern on every marked point and test resolution limit of X-ray tube focus, finally gain statistic data and made curve of resolution limit. Results:1.The resolution limits of the focus’ width about all points in X-ray tube’s long axis are almost equal, but those data of the focus’ length about each point in X-ray tube’s long axis are different. 2.The resolution limit of the focus’ width and length about each points in X-ray tube’s short axis are almost equal. Conclusion: In radiographic area, only these resolution limits of the focus’ length about all points in X-ray tube’s long axis are different.%目的:使用星形测试卡分别测试X射线照射野内中心线入射点及其他多点的极限分辨率值,分析其变化规律。方法:以X射线中心线为零点,分别沿X射线管长轴、短轴等间距标记6个位点,将星形测试卡圆心依次置于各位点测试焦点的极限分辨率值,统计其数据并描绘成曲线。结果:①X射线管长轴各位点上的焦点宽的极限分辨率值相等,而焦点长方向上的极限分辨率值有明显变化;②X射线管短轴各位点上焦点宽和长的极限分辨率值基本相等。结论:在照射野内X射线管长轴方向上位置不同,对焦点长的极限分辨率值有一定影响。

    • 摘要: 预防X线管损坏对最有效使用X线管、延长X线管寿命有重要作用.本文通过对如何预防X线管阴极损坏、阳极损坏的各种方法进行分析,得出以下经验:在实际操作X线设备中,必须正确应用X线管的负载曲线与生热冷却曲线;在维修或操作X线设备中,X线管灯丝不可过热,且避免不必要曝光,同时严格遵守规则,正确操作;每次曝光后,应有足够的冷却时间;不得碰撞X线管管套.%Effectively preventing the X-ray tube from damage plays an important role for X-ray tube to be effective use and extend its life. Through analyzing the ways of how to prevent the damages from X-ray tube cathode and anode,we obtained the following as advises. In actual operation of X-ray equipment, the operator should correctly use the load curve and heating-cooling curve. In the maintenance and operation of X-ray equipment, operator should pay attention not to overheating the X-ray tube filament, avoid it from unnecessary exposure, and regulate specifications and operate properly. As soon as the X-ray tube filament complete exposure,operator is better to persist the gap as cooling time. And the X-ray tube sets do not be crashed all the time.

    • 摘要: 研制了一种便携式能量色散X射线荧光分析仪(EDXRF).激发源采用国产小口径Mo靶X线管,以变频技术设计了配套的高压电源和灯丝电源,探测器为电制冷半导体探测器.通过元素Cu、Zn、Ni、Pb的能谱测量,研究了该分析仪的检测性能和能量定标曲线,并且从理论上分析了其最佳元素分析范围.
