摘要： An art exhibition themed“Boundless”or ganized by China Aer ospace Science and Cultu ral Innovation(CASCI)is launched in Chengdu,Sichuan Pr ovince,on April 22.The exhibition greatly stimulates local citizens'enthusiasm for aer ospace expl or ation,as visitors can explore the vast unive rse by using a VR-based tool for immersive and interactive visualization of aerospace.Visit ors can also wear spacesuits and enjoy a bird's-eye view of the Earth,expe riencing a sense of weightlessness like astronauts orbiting in space do.

摘要： The promotion of smart manufacturing is a crucial move that will enable Chengdu to build a major growth pole for high-quality national development and shape a new growth powerhouse.In recent years,Chengdu’s capability has made marked progress in smart manufacturing,significantly enhancing the capability for independent innovation,gradually optimizing development factor allocations,relentlessly strengthening pilot and demonstration effects,and constantly emerging collaborative service platforms.The development of Chengdu’s smart manufacturing can be summarized in four points:taking a holistic approach to top-down design,raising policy incentives for innovative talents,creating a favorable environment for industrial innovation,and building service platforms to promote innovation.In the new era,Chengdu should continue to explore the best possible path to smart manufacturing and target high-quality development of local manufacturing industries by making the following efforts:a)optimizing top-down design for better policy guidance;b)focusing on technological innovation to improve corresponding innovation capability;c)forging service platforms to break barriers to development;d)strengthening lateral communications to promote collaborative transformation;and e)building leading enterprises and brands native to Chengdu.

摘要： In order to promote the transformation and development of China’s economy and cope with the realistic challenges posed by the global economic recession and slowing domestic economic growth,the Fourth Session of the 12 th National People’s Congress adopted a strategic resolution on developing the "new economy" and fostering new drivers of growth.Chengdu,capital of Sichuan province,is one of the cities in China which firstly begin to carry out the layout of the new economy development.While achieving results,it also faces many troubles due to its insufficient cognition of the connotation,definition,and path of the "new economy." The paper is based on a theoretical study in combination with the new economic development of Chengdu’s five new paths,to analyze the concept and connotation of the "new economy." It also analyzes from the perspective of higher dimensional reconstruction and new strategic path of economic development,in order to add some insights to the theorectical study and to promote better strategic value of the new economy.

摘要： SOUTHWEST China’s Chengdu City an­nounced the launching of the first-ever Chengdu-Europe-Africa rail-sea multimodal transport line on October 15,2022,one day before the opening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC).The fully-loaded freight train will first arrive in Hamburg,Ger­many via the China-Europe Railway Express.Then it will travel by sea to its final destination Casablanca,Morocco.The whole journey is estimated to last around 35 days.According to the report to the 20th National Congress of the CPC,by promoting high-standard opening-up,China will steadily expand institutional opening-up with regard to rules,regulations,man­agement,and standards to accelerate its transfor­mation into a trader of quality goods.The country will promote high-quality development along the Belt and Road routes and endeavor to preserve the diversity and stability of the international economic landscape and economic and trade relations.

摘要： "Three Cities and Three Capitals"is a city brand that Chengdu has been vigorously building.Based on the analysis of the brand construction background,the brand building of Jiezi Ancient Town,and the problems existing in the current brand building of Jiezi Ancient Town,this paper puts forward suggestions,including reconstruction of cultural resources,building an industrial framework,and giving full play to the role of market entities,so as to provide guidance for the cultivation of the brand characteristics in the ancient town and better shape the city brand of"Three Cities and Three Capitals"in Chengdu.

摘要： 本发明提供表达从小熊猫粪便样品中分离到的一种新型的指环状病毒AV‑Chengdu1(GenBank KX611132)ORF1蛋白的重组载体，重组菌及其应用，属于生物技术领域。表达AV‑Chengdu1‑ORF1蛋白的重组载体，是将AV‑Chengdu1‑ORF1蛋白编码基因插入原核表达载体pColdⅡ后得到。本发明还提供表达AV‑Chengdu1‑ORF1蛋白的重组菌pTf16/BL21(DE3)，是将所述重组载体导入大肠杆菌后获得。本发明表达新型的指环状病毒AV‑Chengdu1ORF1蛋白的重组载体，导入大肠杆菌后，能够高效表达AV‑Chengdu1ORF1蛋白，本发明的蛋白具有很好的免疫原性，可用于流行病学诊断方法的建立。
