    • 摘要: 超声表面波是检测激光熔覆层质量的重要手段,为提高检测分辨率,采用可达到声束聚焦效果的相控阵表面波对激光熔覆层进行检测。建立了单探头与相控阵表面波传播的有限元模型,基于Fermat原理研究超声波传播路径并分析了阵元延时特性,实现了相控阵表面波的聚焦和偏转,研究了熔覆层厚度对相控阵表面波聚焦特性的影响。结果表明,对于基体材料为铝,熔覆层材料为45#钢时,熔覆层厚度在2.5 mm内,聚焦点的能量随厚度增加而减小,如1 mm厚相对于0.2 mm厚的聚焦点能量减小了58.8%;当厚度大于2 mm时,聚焦点处能量变化不明显,表明超声相控阵表面波对薄的熔覆层具有较好的检测效果。

    • 摘要: 相位共轭法可实现声波反向传播和自适应聚焦,用于声源成像。从理论的角度梳理分析基于测量声压使用单极子源(PC/M)、基于测量声压梯度使用偶极子源(PC/D)、基于测量声压和质点速度使用单极子源和偶极子源(PC/P)这3种相位共轭阵列及其形成的相位共轭声场之间的关系,以及PC/P相位共轭声场与源声场的关系。从倏逝波和传播波角度给出上述3种阵列能否突破衍射极限的理论依据,并基于线列阵进行数值仿真,给出阵与源的距离、阵元间距、阵元偏移对各阵聚焦的影响。结果表明:当阵长一定时,在近距离处PC/D聚焦效果最佳;在阵与源距离较远处,以半波长阵元间距的PC/M聚焦效果最佳。%Phase Conjugate(PC)arrays can make sound waves travel backwards to converge,which can then be used to build the image of a noise source. This paper reviews and analytically studies three types of PC array(monopole PC array(PC/M),dipole PC array(PC/D)and perfect PC array(PC/P))and the phase-conjugated fields produced by the arrays. The relationship between the sound field produced by the source and the phase-conjugated fields produced by the arrays are discussed. The various PC schemes are compared and analyzed from the evanescent wave component and the propagating wave component. The metrics of the focusing properties of PC arrays and the effects of the array element spacing on the focusing properties are discussed. The spatial resolutions of various PC schemes with different distances between array and source are studied numerically with linear arrays. The element deviation is also discussed. A numerical simulation shows that PC/D with half-wavelength element spacing is effective at near field focusing,and PC/M with half-wavelength element spacing is effective at a greater distance.

    • 摘要: 电子束聚焦特性是影响电子束焊接束流品质的主要因素之一,对焊缝质量影响较大.本文采用束流品质测量系统,在不锈钢材料上研究了不同聚焦特性下电子束能量密度分布及焦斑特性等束流品质特征,并采用金相显微镜对焊缝成形特性进行了表征.研究结果表明:在一定的电子束电流下,当束流在试件表面为表面聚焦状态时,电子束焦斑直径最小,平均束流密度最高,所得到的焊缝深度最大;随着束流在表面状态向上聚焦或下聚焦状态流散转变,电子束在工件表面焦斑直径增大,平均束流密度降低,焊深减小.

    • 摘要: High order axially symmetric polarized beams (ASPBs)have complex polarization distributions,and multi-ple very small focal spots can be obtained under the condition of high NA focusing.ASPBs can be used in many fields because of its focusing characteristics,such as microscopy,material processing and particle trapping,etc.The research results about focusing properties and applications of ASPBs in recent years are summarized.The basic concept of AS-PBs is introduced,and the mathematical expressions of focused fields are given based on vector diffraction theory.Finally,some typical applications of ASPBs in particle trapping and parallel microscopy are described in de-tails.%高级次轴对称偏振光束具有更为复杂的偏振分布,在高数值孔径聚焦情况下可获得多个超小聚焦光斑,这样的聚焦特性使其在显微成像、材料加工、粒子捕获等领域体现出一定的应用价值,引起了广泛关注。综述了近年来关于高级次轴对称偏振光束的聚焦特性及主要应用的研究成果。介绍了高级次轴对称偏振光束的基本概念,并基于矢量衍射理论给出了聚焦场的数学表达式,最后介绍了该类型光束在粒子捕获与操控、并行光学显微成像方面的典型应用。

    • 摘要: 基于三能级速率方程理论,结合惠更斯-菲涅尔衍射积分公式,利用分步光束传播方法建立了半导体泵浦碱金属蒸气激光器(DPAL)端面泵浦3D理论计算模型,用于模拟研究铷蒸气激光器的泵浦阈值特性.该模型将光束传播、光与物质相互作用独立考虑,利用迭代算法求解.考虑激光器腔内模式与泵浦光模式匹配对阈值特性的影响,模拟了单端泵浦铷蒸气激光器内部的三维动力学过程.在具体算例中研究了模式匹配最佳时,在阈值工作状态下铷蒸气室中的三维粒子数分布,以及沿不同轴线的增益分布.仿真了在最佳模式匹配位置附近,泵浦光模式变化对阈值特性的影响.根据蒸气池中粒子数分布和光场分布具体分析了模式匹配影响阈值特性的机理.同时还模拟了不同长度蒸气池对阈值特性的影响.结果表明,腔参数与泵浦光模式之间存在一定的关系,对于特定的泵浦光模式,存在恰当的腔参数,使得阈值达到最小.

    • 摘要: Based on two-dimensional IX nelwork. a zero-electric and zero-magnetic material (ZEM) focuser is designed, and the equivalent node voltage distribution matrix is derived. The focuser with triangular, quadrilateral, hexagonal and octagonal contours is investigated, and the effects of shape and size on its performance are simulated. The results show that, the focusing effect is independent of the shape of tihe focuser when the size of the focusing area is smaller than twice the wavelength; energy at the focus point increases gradually with the focusing area; when the size of the focusing area is bigger than twice the wavelength, the main focusing area disappears and a number of sub-focusing points are generated at the same time.%基于二维LC网络,设计了一种零电磁材料聚焦器,导出了该器件等效节点电压分布矩阵,研究了聚焦区域为三角形、四边形、六边形、八边形的电磁聚焦器,并在此基础上仿真了形状和尺寸对其聚焦特性的影响.结果表明:当聚焦区域小于两倍波长时,该器件的特性与聚焦区域的形状无关;当聚焦区域逐渐增大时,焦点的能量也随之增强;当聚焦区域大于两倍波长时,主焦点逐渐消失,同时将产生多个副焦点.

    • 摘要: A new type of focusing thermo-acoustic transducer, which is composed of a heating surface, an insulation layer and a thermal storage substrate, was designed. When alternative voltage signal is input to the heating surface, due to the Joule heating effect and thermodynamic characteristic of material in each layer, the pressure of the air near the heating surface will oscillate, and the radiation sound will be focused in a small region by the concave spherically heating surface. Through numerical simulation and experimental study of the device, the variations of the focusing area and the sound pressure at the focusing point with acoustic frequency were given. The device can be used as a new type of acoustic-focusing and energy-exchanging device. It can radiate sound in the audible and ultrasonic regions without resonances and moving components. This study has a practical significance and an application prospect.%设计了一种新型的聚焦型热声转换装置,主要由加热层、绝缘层和储热层三层结构构成.当加热层输入交变电信号时,由于焦耳热效应及各层材料的热力学特性,其表面附近区域内气体压力产生交变的振荡,加热层的凹球表面会使产生的声波在某一区域聚焦.通过对装置进行数值模拟与实验研究,得出声波聚焦区域及聚焦点声压强度随声波频率的变化情况.装置可作为一种新型的声学聚焦换能装置,工作频率涉及可听及超声频域,无共振,无运动部件.这一研究具有一定的应用价值.

    • 摘要: 由于可有效降低高热负载的影响,Laue弯晶是插入件辐射高通量密度硬X射线(30keV以上)聚焦、准直和单色化的最有效的光学元件.研究其聚焦光学特性,对发展高性能、高稳定的Laue弯晶单色器具有重要意义.采用自行发展的光线追迹软件较为系统地研究了Laue弯晶的聚焦特性,分析了入射光性质及弯晶参数对聚焦光斑、焦距、发散度等主要光学参数的影响.结果表明,衍射能量越高,聚焦光斑越小,并趋于稳定值;弯曲半径越小,聚焦光斑越小,并在其达到一阈值时得到聚焦光斑的极小值,之后随着弯曲半径的变小,由于像差等因素的影响,聚焦光斑反而变大;晶体越厚,聚焦光斑越大,呈线性正比关系.对于衍射光发散度,其随着衍射能量的增大而变小,并趋于稳定值;其与晶体曲率呈线性正比关系.同时通过研究得到弯晶各参数的合理选择范围.%The lane bent crystal is the most effective optical element of focusing, collimating and monochromating of high flux density hard X-rays (above 30 keV) from the insertion device radiation, because of reducing the high heat load effectively. So the study of the focusing optical properties is important for developing high performance and stability lane bent crystal monochromator. We give a systematic research of the focusing properties of laue bent crystal by X-ray trace program self-developed, analyze the effects of the mode of incident beam and crystal parameter on focusing spot size, focal length, diffracted beam divergence, etc., and obtain the following results: the higher the diffracted energy, the smaller the spot size is and the spot size tends to be a constant; the smaller the bend radius of crystal, the smaller the spot size is, and the spot size reaches a minimum when the bend radius is a threshold, then as the bend radius decreases, the spot size becomes larger because of aberration; the spot size is linearly directly proportional to the thickness of crystal. For the divergence of diffracted beam, it becomes smaller as the diffracted energy is high, and tends to be a constant; it is linearly directly proportional to the curvature of bent crystal. Also we obtain a reasonable range of bent crystal parameters from the study by ray-tracing.

    • 摘要: To analyze focalization character of Gaussian beams passing through optical system with misaligned lens,an approximate expanded formula of misaligned circular aperture function and an generalized diffraction formula were used. The dependence of field distribution of output beam maximum value on the landscape orientation displacement and angle displacement were given. Result shows that various misaligned components have effects on the field distribution of reflection beam. Based on a specific lens system, the impact of maladjustment factors on output beams maximum value field distribution was analyzed quantitatively. The results show that the transverse-displacement has more impact than the angle-displacement on the focalization character when the parameter is small.%为分析透镜系统中圆孔光栏和透镜失调对高斯光束聚焦特性的影响,利用椭圆光栏近似展开式和失调光学系统的广义衍射公式,推导高斯光束经含圆孔光栏失调透镜系统传输的近似解析式,得到输出光束光强极大值场分布与光束参量、孔径尺寸、光栏和透镜失调量之间的关系.针对特定透镜系统,定量分析失调量对输出光束聚焦特性的影响.结果表明:各元件的失调对输出光束聚焦特性均产生影响,在失调量较小时透镜横位移对输出光束聚焦特性的影响比透镜角位移对输出光束聚焦特性的影响更明显.
