    • 摘要: 介绍了导弹系统气密性检测的重要性和必要性,并针对某弹型某型号辐射器焊接气密性检测需要2人配合、过程繁琐、操作不易、效率低等问题,通过对该弹型该型号辐射器焊接气密性检测方法的优化,改进了辐射器焊接气密性检测技术,其中主要设计、加工了气密性检测工装,对工装的结构、功能以及材料的选用等几个方面进行了具体分析,详细介绍了辐射器气密性检测方法的改进和气密性检测操作,从而达到了一人操作、操作过程简化、检测时间缩短等效果,并且通过试件试验和产品生产验证了该气密性检测技术不仅稳定可靠,而且简便、快捷、效率高。探究的结果表明,该气密性检测技术完全满足某弹型某型号辐射器批量生产的需求,可供后续类似产品研制借鉴。

    • 摘要: 本文对TOPAZ-Ⅱ改进型热管辐射器建立了一套整体的计算模型,包括角系数计算模型、热管传热模型、翅片导热模型以及集流环压降和传热模型.研究了角系数分布、进口温度、进出口接管对数、流量和翅片厚度对辐射器性能的影响.研究表明,横向角系数分布对辐射器性能影响明显.在600-1100K温度范围内,进口温度的升高使得温度不均匀性增加,当进口温度取820K基本满足设计要求,另外增加进出口接管数目可以显著降低流阻,但对辐射器的功率基本无影响.所研究的辐射器在流量为1.5kg/s,进出口接管对数取3,翅片厚度为0.14 mm具有较佳的性能.

    • 摘要: 为改善传统夜空辐射器制冷效果,提出在辐射板上添加凸起的新型夜空辐射器,并建立二维数值传热模型,进行实验分析和模型验证.研究发现:雾气会较大程度的增强天空长波辐射,提高有效天空温度,使得夜空辐射器单位面积制冷量严重衰减,该文实验条件下制冷量衰由37 W/m2降低至11.6 W/m2;建立的二维数值传热模型能较好预测辐射器出口温度,但模型对剧烈变化的外界环境适应性较差;增加新型辐射器的凸起数量,可有效增加单位面积制冷量,平均每增加1个凸起,制冷量增加约0.5%.

    • 摘要: 常规的单极子发射声波没有指向性,能量损失过多,用模态分解的方法设计出合适的阵列加权系数,就可以控制圆环阵的辐射主瓣角宽和旁瓣级,以利于在任意地层中有效激励滑行纵横波和减少能量损失.通过comsol有限元软件对圆环阵声波辐射数值模拟的例子,分析了圆环阵的辐射指向性对声波测井中各种模式波的接收幅度和到达时间的影响.结果表明,只要在圆环阵的各阵元上施加合适延迟时间合适幅度的激励信号,就能根据不同的实际情况设计出各种主声束的宽度和方向.圆环阵的使用可明显地改善声波测井的测量质量,为声波辐射器在石油勘探中的应用提供一定理论依据.%Conventional monopole has no sound directivity,resulting in too much energy loss.The suitable array weighting coefficientit is designed by the method of modal decomposition,which can control the circlular array radiation angle of main lobe width and sidelobe level,and facilitate to excite effectively and reduce the energy loss of p-wave.By the finite element software comsol to circlular array acoustic radiation examples of numerical simulation,the influence of the circlular array radiation directivity on all kinds of mode wave receiving amplitude and arrival time in acoustic logging is analyzed.Results show that the width and direction of all kinds main beam can be designed according to the different actual situation as long as the excitation signal with appropriate delay time and amplitude is applied to each array element of the circlular array.The use of circular array can obviously improve the measuring quality of acoustic logging and provide certain theory basis for the application of acoustic transmitter in oil exploration.

    • 摘要: Taking a nocturnal radiation refrigeration system with tank cooling storage as a research object,presents a numerical heat transfer model of nocturnal radiator and a water tank stratification cooling storage model based on transient heat balance theory.Analyses the dynamic operating characteristics in cooling season (from May to September)of Chongqing.The results indicate that the operating process of the nocturnal radiation system with tank cooling storage has two stages:initial stage and cooling stage.The cooling capacity of nocturnal radiator increases rapidly in the initial stage influenced by initial system temperature and the water tank stratification,and so on.In the cooling stage,the cooling capacity and the storage capacity decrease because of the decreased water temperature of the cooling media.%以水箱储冷夜空辐射制冷系统为研究对象,基于瞬态热平衡原理,建立了夜空辐射器的数值传热模型及水箱分层储冷模型,模拟分析了重庆市气候条件下系统在供冷季节(5-9月)的动态运行特性.研究表明:水箱储冷夜空辐射制冷系统运行过程存在2个阶段:初始阶段和储冷阶段.初始阶段受系统初始温度、水箱温度分层效应等影响,辐射器制冷量迅速升高;储冷阶段受储冷介质温度降低的影响,辐射器制冷量呈下降趋势,水箱储冷量也有所降低.

    • 摘要: 以采取双管路并联结构的载人航天器圆筒辐射器为研究对象,建立了辐射器散热能力数值分析模型,对比分析了不同参数下,并联支路工质相同流动方向和相反流动方向两类布局方式给辐射器散热能力带来的影响,选取的参数包括管路长度、管路进口工质温度和液体工质流量.计算结果表明,在辐射器面板面积和流体回路长度相同的前提下,两类管路布局方式对应的辐射器散热能力存在不可忽视的差别.随着管路长度的增加,入口工质温度的增加,工质流量的减小,工质流向相同的辐射器散热能力越来越高于工质流向相反的辐射器.在文章的参数设定下,工质流向相同的辐射器与工质流向相反的辐射器间最大散热能力差别可达到19.5℅,最小散热能力差别可达到16.7℅.%An unsteady numerical model for heat dissipation potential of manned spacecraft cylinder radiator with two parallel loops was developed. Based on this model, impact of radiator loops layout with same and reverse working liquid flowing direction on radiator heat dissipation potential under different parameters was analyzed,including loop length,working liquid flux and working liquid temperature at loop entrance. According to the calculation results,on the premise of the same plate area and loop length,loops layout could bring non-ignorable difference of heat dissipation potential of radiators.As the loop length is longer, working liquid temperature at loop entrance is higher,or working liquid flux is less,heat dissipation potential of radiator with same working liquid flowing direction is better than that of radiator with reverse working liquid direction. The difference of max heat dissipation potential could be up to 19.5%,and the difference of minimum heat dissipation potential could be up to 16.7%.

    • 摘要: 对前苏联热离子反应堆电源系统 TOPAZ-Ⅱ进行相应的简化,分别建立了堆芯热工水力模型、中子物理学模型以及热排放系统模型。冷却剂回路采用一维热工水力模型,堆芯导热及翅片辐射导热计算采用二维分析模型。选用6组缓发中子点堆模型,考虑了二氧化铀燃料、热离子发电电极、慢化剂与反射层的温度反馈以及控制转鼓对反应性的控制,计算得到 TOPAZ-Ⅱ在正常启动工况下的各处温度、功率、反应性反馈等参数的变化。计算结果与 TITAM 程序的计算结果符合较好,同时本程序可对启动过程进行更为精细的分析,可为控制系统的设计提供参考。%The thermionic reactor power system TOPAZ-Ⅱ of former Soviet Union was simplified.The core thermal-hydraulic model,neutron physics model and heat rejection system model were established,respectively.One-dimensional thermal-hydraulic model was used to model the coolant circuit.Two-dimensional analysis models for the core heat transfer and the radiator fin heat conduction with radiation were established.The point reactor kinetics equation with six-group delayed neutrons,taking the temperature feedbacks of UO2 fuel,thermionic electrode,moderator and reflector and the control drum reactivity control into account,was applied.The changes of temperature,power and reactivity feedback of TOPAZ-Ⅱ under normal start-up procedure were obtained. The results are in good agreement with the corresponding results of TITAM code. Meanwhile,the developed code can be more precise in analyzing the start-up of TOPAZ-Ⅱ,and provide reference for the design of the control system.

    • 摘要: 针对前苏联 TOPAZ-Ⅱ反应堆系统所采用回路式辐射器存在单点失效的问题,采用热管式辐射器对其进行改进以提高系统安全性。根据系统废热排出的要求及冷却剂工作温度,选取高温钾热管,对结构材料及相关参数进行了设计,同时设计了辐射器的结构、热管的布置方式及铜翅片的参数。热管中心蒸汽区通过一维流动方程进行了求解,采用有限元方法分析了热管管壁与吸液芯结构的导热,采用有限差分法对翅片的辐射导热进行了计算。对热管与翅片组成的辐射单元与集流环进行了耦合计算,得出了辐射器设计工况下的稳态结果,对其进行了分析并与回路式辐射器进行了相应比较。计算结果表明,所设计热管式辐射器满足 TOPAZ-Ⅱ正常运行情况下的废热排出要求,并具有较多裕度,同时热管式辐射器的安全性与等温性也优于回路式辐射器。%The former Soviet Union TOPAZ-Ⅱ reactor system used a tube-fin radiator which had single point failure problem.A heat pipe type radiator was preliminarily designed to replace the tube-fin radiator and improve the safety of the space system.Ac-cording to the requirement of heat dissipation and the coolant operating temperature, the liquid-metal heat pipe with potassium was chosen,the structure materials were selected and the parameters were designed,and the structure of heat pipe radiator,the layout of the heat pipes and the copper fin were also designed.The central heat pipe steam district was modeled by one-dimensional flow equation,the heat transfer of the heat pipe wall and wick were solved using the finite element method while that of the copper fin using finite difference method.The steady state results of the radiator under designed condition were obtained by the coupling calculation of heat pipe and the trans-port duct.The characteristics of heat pipe radiator were compared with those of tube-fin radiator.The results show that the heat pipe radiator designed in this paper meets the requirement of the TOPAZ-Ⅱ under the normal condition and has a large margin.The isothermal and safety of heat pipe radiator are better than those of tube-fin radiator.

    • 摘要: 由于航天器向外主要是以热辐射的方式散热,而辐射散热量与排热温度的4次方成正比,提出了采用热泵强化排热的概念。针对航天器热泵系统进行建模,分析了冷凝温度、出口过冷度以及工质类型与热泵系统质量变化情况。结果表明:冷凝温度及出口过冷度对系统质量有一定影响,且存在最佳值;不同工质的系统随参数变化表现趋势也不同;使用热泵的热控系统对减小航天器质量有很明显的效果。%The major way of heat rejection from spacecraft to space was heat radiation whose heat release was propor-tionate to fourth power of the temperature of the heat rejection. Regarding that,a concept of heat pump used to strengthen rejecting heat was proposed. The mathematic model of the heat pump system for spacecraft is built and we analysis the pa-rameters,such as the condensing temperature,degree of supercooling,refrigerants,influencing quality of the heat pump system.The results indicate that the condensing temperature and degree of supercooling are vital for lightening the system mass and they have the optimum value for the system. Systems use different refrigerants have different performance and the thermal control system which uses heat pump is better than those without heat pump system in lightening the system mass.
