    • 摘要: 为实现不同厂商、不同品牌数控系统及不同通信接口的机床数据采集,研究探讨一种车间数控机床规模化数据采集的方法,通过直接与NCDDE服务器进行DDE会话建立通信的方式来获取所需的机床系统数据.设计大数据采集工具MDA,嵌入机床,采用DDE技术与NCDDE服务器实时交互,获取NC/PLC系统数据,采集坐标位置、移动速度、进给倍率,负载、电压、电流、扭矩,刀具寿命、尺寸、磨损等数据.数采工具MDA和数据处理单元Gateway通信,Gateway将接收并处理采集的数据,借助数据缓存文件上传至数据库中进行存储.数据处理和缓存的系统性能损耗全部转移至数据库服务器端.

    • 摘要: The lack of adequate and modern transport infrastructures makes the cost of transport in Africa higher than the rest of the world. Most of the transport infrastructures that exist were constructed during the colonial era which makes inter-regional connectivity difficult. The African Union in collaboration with other organization has committed to bridge the transport gap in Africa but still, face some challenges. This paper discusses the main issues that contribute for the weak nature of transportation in Sub-Saharan Africa with regards to the main transport modes and seeks to establish the possibility of sustainable intermodal transport through the integration of the different transport modes. Some policy reforms and other bilateral agreements such as deregulating the transport markets in West and Central Africa have been suggested to facilitate the development of an effective and efficient transport network in the Sub-Saharan African region.

    • 摘要: e-Infrastructures became critical platforms that integrate computational resources, facilities and repositories globally. The coordination and harmonization of advanced e-Infrastructure project developed with partners from Europe, Latin America, Arabia, Africa, China, and India contributed to developing interoperable platforms based on identity federation and science gateway technologies. This paper presents these technologies to support key services in the development of Arabia networking and services platform for research and education. The platform provides scientists, teachers, and students with seamless access to a variety of advanced resources, services, and applications available at regional e-Infrastructures in Europe and elsewhere. Users simply enter the credentials provided by their home institutions to get authenticated and do not need digital certificate-based mechanisms. Twenty applications from five scientific domains were deployed and integrated. Results showed that on average about 35,000 monthly jobs are running for a total of about 17,500 CPU wall-clock hours. Therefore, seamlessly integrated e-Infrastructures for regional e-Science activities are important resources that support scientists, students, and faculty with computational services and linkage to global research communities.

As early as 2017, Madagascar became one of the first African countries to sign a memorandum of understanding with China under the Belt and Road Initiative. The bilateral cooperation covers various sectors;among them is health. Since 1975, China has dispatched more than 600 medical workers in 22 teams to Madagascar.

    • 摘要: 木质部半胱氨酸蛋白酶XCP2(xylem cysteine proteases 2)是植物管状细胞凋亡过程中的自溶酶,参与植物与多种病原物互作,但目前未见对水稻XCP2蛋白酶的报道.此研究克隆获得水稻XCP2编码基因orf序列,经Bgl II和Spe I酶切纯化后,克隆到植物表达载体pCAMBIA1302(含GFP、his tags).将该基因orf序列信息提交至NCBI比对,查找到其特异序列,利用Gateway技术将该特异序列重组到植物RNAi载体pB7GWIWG2(II),并冻融法将重组质粒转化进入土壤农杆菌GV3101.为进一步探究水稻OsXCP2基因在水稻木质部细胞凋亡及水稻与病原物互作中的作用提供条件.%Xylem cysteine proteases 2(XCP2)is the autolytic enzyme in the process of withering and death of plant tracheary cells,which joins in the interactions between plants and many pathogens.However there have not been any reports about rice XCP2 protein.The cds and conserved fragments of rice OsXCP2 were cloned.After digested by restriction endonuclease Bgl II and Spe I,its cds sequence was cloned into plant over-expression vector pCAMBIA1302(contain GFP,his tags).Via Gateway clone technology the conserved frag-ment was reconstituted into plant RNAi vector pB7GWIWG2(II).And for further study of the functions of Rice OsXCP2 gene in the withering and death of the xylem cells of rice and the interaction between rice and patho-gens,the recombinant plasmids were transformed into Agrobacterium GV3101.

    • 摘要: 为了比较由笔者所在实验室通过多代自交筛选得到的性状稳定的2个番茄品系FL1、MLK1中fasciated基因的编码序列,并验证该基因的功能,通过特异性引物PCR,获得该基因在2个供试材料中的序列,并通过Gateway技术分别构建了该基因的超量表达载体和RNAi载体.序列比对结果表明,2个心室差异明显的番茄材料中该基因的编码序列完全一致,同时也构建了完整的质粒表达载体系统.供试番茄材料中心室数的不同并不是由fasciated编码序列的差异引起的.Gateway技术是一种快速高效的植物表达载体构建方法.
