The major purpose of this study is to examine the effects of ICT skills proficiency studying the learners’creative performance during game design activity. One hundred and four7th grade students participated in the game design project. The levels of ICT skills were identified as the high and low group. The creative performance and motivation were evaluated as the dependent variables. The results indicate that participants with high ICT skills reveal higher motivation and creative performance than the low ICT skills group. The result reinforces the notation that the personality factors are identified as important processes for the expression of creativity. The study further reveals that the learners with higher levels of ICT skills apply and create what they have known for performing better in creative performance and motivation simultaneously.
