饲料工业由饲料资源、饲料加工与饲料营养为基础组成的工业,饲料工业的发展随着饲料资源的开发、饲料加工与饲料营养技术的进步而发展.从整体看我国的能量饲料资源偏紧,蛋白质饲料资源严重不足的局面短期将不会改变我.饲料资源紧缺将严重制约着饲料工业的持续发展,开发新的饲料资源和提高现有饲料资源的利用效率,是解决饲料资源不足的两个重要途径.其中提高现有饲料资源的利用率是最为经济、最为有效的方法.而目前绝大数饲料加工厂的加工工艺对生产量最大的硬颗粒饲料,其饲料熟化度不够,饲料粉碎颗粒的表面积小于原料经挤压膨化的饲料,使畜、禽和鱼虾对各类饲料的利用率只能在70%~85%之间.%Feed industry is an industry which includes three basic parts,such as feed resource,feed processing,and feed nutrients.The development of feed industry depends on the progressive step of feed resource exploitation,feed manufacturing technology,and feed nutrition research.Actually,inadequate situation of feed resources,especially protein feed,will not be changed within a configurable period of time in China.Undoubtedly,this status will extremely affect the continuous and stable development of Chinese feed industry.
