This paper reports fabrication and characterization of a sensors-chip on which glucose sensor, glutamate sensor, galactose sensor and potassium ion selective electrode (K~+ISE) were integrated. The sensors-chip consists of 2x2 micromachined chamber. It provides to the possibility of production of four-functional sensors in a chip while improves reproducibility and stability of microsensors.
