The basic theory and methods of wavelet are expounded, and the Daubechies wavelet is adopted to analyse measuring signals of the dynamic pressure of soil in the road foundation of a highspeed railway. On the basis of these analysis, the generating principles and components of the dynamic pressure of soil in the road foundation are discussed.
