In preparation for expected increases in the number of new Maintenance trainees, Exelon Nuclear developed an initiative to transition from an instructional format that was exclusively instructor-led to one that embraces current technology and recognizes shifts in generational learning styles. The plan focused on maintaining and improving quality and effectiveness while affording trainees more flexible delivery methods and demonstrating improvements in delivery efficiency.
