摘要

A possibility of high temperature p-n junction with a long life was proposed, which junction was composed of thermodynamically equilibrated materials. The phase relation of NiO-ZnO system was determined over the temperature range of 873~1273 K by using electron probe microanalysis. The non-ohmic behavior of the junction of NiO-ZnO system was measured, and the long time stability of the junction at high temperatures was confirmed.
